Stretching beneath the Williamsburg Bridge one block from the East River, this is a rare large parcel in south Williamsburg, close to 60,000 SF of land. A one-story building with four homes on the Berry Street lot was demolished in 1992, and in the years since, the land has sat open as a paved, fenced lot under the bridge.
Together with the adjoining 111 South 6th Street parcel, where a seven-story, 65-residence building was filed in 2024, the site is in the design and planning phase. In the meantime, the City approved an interim open parking lot for the vacant land in 2026.
