Built in 1921, this 12-story loft building has spent a century in commercial use as offices, production and studio space. In 2008 several of its floors held a trade school.

Conversion is under way in stages. Work to turn the 12th floor into nine apartments was permitted in 2026, and in September 2026 plans were filed to convert the whole building, plus an added floor, into 177 residences.
