10 Quincy Street · Clinton Hill, Brooklyn

Overview

A 1930 masonry factory building, long owned by The Salvation Army, converted into 46 residences.

Before

10 Quincy Street is the eastern wing of a large masonry factory building that was long associated with The Salvation Army's property at 22 Quincy Street.

Now

The industrial wing was converted under a 2018 permit into 46 apartments, keeping the building's bones and character. Together with the new 26 Quincy next door it forms the Quincy Street campus.
