A few blocks from Prospect Park, this Coney Island Avenue frontage was home to a one-story commercial building that had served as a wholesale establishment, with part of it converted to medical offices in 1999.
The old building was demolished in 2022. In its place stands an eight-story, 128-residence building with on-site parking and affordable homes. It has received its certificate of occupancy and brings a new residential presence to the edge of the park.
