First built in 1949 and expanded over the decades, this single-story plant of wood, masonry and steel construction was home to an FDA-approved food production and bottling operation, with two large warehouse areas and administrative offices.
Now
Today the campus is a large commercial and industrial property in a mixed-use zone near the Haverstraw Marina, with approvals for significant additional building capacity and a rezoning process under way.
