Built in 1928 across from Tremont Park, 1910 Arthur Avenue spent decades as a multi-tenant office building, used mainly for medical offices and as a home for community service organizations.
In April 2020 we placed the entire building with Zeta Charter Schools, a tuition-free public charter network, under a 49-year leasehold condominium, handling the transaction in-house. The offices were converted for classroom use, and the building now houses Zeta Bronx Tremont Park Lower Elementary School, serving Pre-K through 2nd grade. In September 2026 Zeta opened its Tremont Park upper elementary and middle school for grades 3 through 8 nearby, so children who start at Arthur Avenue can continue their education close to home.
