The site once held small one-story houses, demolished in 2008. A seven-story building approved for the lot that year was never built, and the land waited for nearly a decade.
Now
A new four-story residential building, filed in 2017, finally gave the site a permanent use with 18 homes on a quiet Crown Heights block.
