Like much of industrial Bushwick, 378-380 Grove Street was factory ground: single-story manufacturing buildings, part of which had been converted to offices in 2003.

Under a long-term ground lease, the one-story structures were demolished in 2018 and replaced by a five-story mixed-use building with 39 residences and commercial space, completed in 2019.
