A short walk from the Williamsburg waterfront, this Kent Avenue corner held a cluster of small residential and commercial buildings, including a 19th-century wood-frame house. They came down in stages between 2017 and 2024, and the fully approved site was acquired in late 2024 with construction starting immediately.
Today the corner is The Sixth, a six-story condominium building with 43 residences in a red-brick design inspired by the French Quarter, with a French look carried through both the exterior and the interiors. Condominium sales launched in January 2026. The ground-floor commercial condominium, more than 21,400 SF planned as eight retail spaces, was sold separately in April 2026 for $46 million.
