Built in 1931 on Sunset Park's busy 4th Avenue corridor, between 51st and 52nd Streets, this two-story building spent decades in ordinary commercial use.
Now
After the 2014 acquisition, the building was approved for assembly use and leased as a full-size gym, opening as Blink Fitness. After the Blink network passed to PureGym, the gym was refitted and rebranded in 2025, and it now operates as PureGym Sunset Park across the cellar and both floors.
